Welcome to the SOCPAC Requirements Page.
If your organization has a new/emerging system or technology they would like to present to SOCPAC, please use the Initial Vendor Application Questionnaire (IVAQ) provided below in the Documents section and answer these questions as completely as possible. This will allow us to conduct an initial viability assessment based on our Capability Gaps and more intelligently select those programs in line with the SOCPAC mission.
The answers to the questions on the attached IVAQ should be incorporated into the required Information Paper and Quad Chart (templates attached), Until the functional SOCPAC S&T email account is established, please email these unclassified documents to the S&T Team members listed at the top of this page. The SOCPAC S&T functional email account is SOCPAC.SRT@pacom.mil The documents will be reviewed and you will be contacted by the SOCPAC S&T Team. As a rule, please do not send to the Team's individual email accounts as this may result in a delay due to personnel availability.
